You hosted my daughter's 11th birthday party on Saturday and I was really impressed with the whole set up, organisation and friendliness of your team. All the children had a brilliant time and we will definitely return and also recommend this experience to others.

I took a few boys to Laser Quest in Swindon after one of them tragically lost their dad very suddenly - we were trying to keep him busy - and the staff were beyond wonderful. They quietly and kindly added free games, free drinks, and just the loveliest of demeanours to what was a very, very tough day. I don’t know how to thank them enough. Laser Quest - you have some amazing staff!

I booked a party with 3 games for 8 children on my Sons 9th Birthday, everyone had a fab time & everything ran like clockwork, interval drinks ready for when each game ended & food brought out quickly after the games had ended. Nice people on the Laser Quest desk, very helpful. Told we had to leave the building at 8pm which was fine. Went to the bar at 7.30pm to be told I couldn't order anything. 🤷🤨 Ridiculous. My kids had just run around and wanted a drink. Absolutely absurd. Really bad customer service. …

Fantastic for our sons 8th birthday party today! Plenty to keep everyone entertained - including the adults. 2 games & food in the party room. All the staff were amazing especially Alex on the bar. Best chicken nuggets - a big hit! Thank you, we’ll be back! 🔫

Booked for laserquest and crazy golf for my 9 year old daughter and 3 friends. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the kids had a fantastic couple of hours. Very reasonably priced as well.

Although the staff were very young, they were completely in charge and on top of the game, with megaphones so that no one missed their slots. The whole experience was very well organised and staff were incredibly polite and professional. They offered to clean our tables if there were any accidents throughout our stay and the bar service was prompt polite and accurate. Our young teenage birthday couldn't have gone better. Well done Swindon Laserquest! 👍👍👍
